What you get

Your notary website, ready in about a minute.

Cornerrr writes every page from your description, then you change anything by clicking or by asking.

Pages it starts with

  • Home
  • Services
  • Service area
  • What to bring
  • FAQ
  • Request a signing
  • The services people search for

General notarizations, loan signings, help with apostille requests and, where your state allows it, remote online notarization, each with a short plain explanation.

  • Signing requests

People send the document type, the address, the number of signers and how soon they need it. Each request lands in your Inbox, and you reply to confirm a time.

  • Service area and travel fees

A page with the towns you cover, how you charge for travel and whether you go to hospitals, care homes or detention centers.

Professional services

Built for how notaries actually work.

Your services with prices, or “price on request” so clients ask first, and every request in your Inbox.

  • Requests by email and in your Inbox

Every signing request arrives by email as well as in your Inbox, so you can reply from your phone between appointments.

  • A page for each town

Ask the assistant to add a page for each town you cover, then edit it by clicking. Each page gets its own title and description for search engines.

  • A form that asks what matters

Choose fields like document type, number of signers, whether everyone has ID and the location, so you arrive prepared.

Advice

What makes a great notary website

Whatever you build it with, these are the things that turn visitors into customers.

  1. Show your commission and insurance

Your state of commission, the commission expiry where your state asks for it, errors and omissions insurance and, for loan signings, background screening. Title companies and families check these.

  2. Follow your state’s fee limits

Most states cap what notaries can charge per notarial act, and some limit travel fees too. List notary fees and travel fees separately, the way your state allows.

  3. Say you can’t give legal advice

Non-attorney notaries can’t explain or choose documents for people. Several states, such as California and Texas, require a notice that you aren’t an attorney when you advertise in another language, and bar the term “notario público”.

  4. Spell out ID and signing rules

Signers need current government photo ID, documents usually must stay unsigned until you’re there, and every signer must be present. Saying so up front saves wasted trips.

  5. Name the places you go

Hospitals, care homes, jails and offices: people searching for a mobile notary in a hurry want to know you’ll come to where they are.

How it works

From a few words to a notary website, live.

  1. Step 1: Describe your business

A sentence or two is enough: what you do, who it’s for and how people buy from you.

  2. Step 2: We build it while you watch

Cornerrr writes your pages, adds your products or services, and picks the colours, fonts and look. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Connect payments

Link a Stripe account, or create one in a few minutes. Your customers pay you directly.

  4. Step 4: You’re live

Publish on your free Cornerrr web address, or use your own. Change anything later by asking.

Questions

Good to know

Can people request a mobile notary on my website?

Yes. They send the document type, address, number of signers and timing through the request form, and it lands in your Inbox and by email. Cornerrr has no calendar, so you reply to confirm a time.

Can I post my notary fees on my website?

Yes, and it builds trust, as long as the amounts follow your state’s maximum fee per act. Show travel or after-hours fees separately and explain them in plain words.

Do I need to say I’m not a lawyer on my notary website?

It’s a good idea for any non-attorney notary, and some states require it in foreign-language advertising. Check your state’s exact wording and put the line near the top and on your FAQ page.

Can I offer remote online notarization through my website?

Your website can explain it and take requests, but the session itself runs on a platform your state approves, and most states ask for a separate registration first.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You describe your business in your own words and Cornerrr builds the website. Afterwards you change things by clicking, or by asking the assistant in plain words.

How much does it cost?

Building and previewing your website is free, with no card needed. To go live and take payments, choose a plan from $19 a month. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is needed to start it.
