What you get

Your translator website, ready in about a minute.

Cornerrr writes every page from your description, then you change anything by clicking or by asking.

Pages it starts with

  • Home
  • Services
  • Certified translations
  • Specialties
  • About
  • Request a quote
  • Language pairs and fields

Your source and target languages, the fields you work in (legal, medical, marketing or technical) and the qualifications behind each one.

  • Fixed-price certified documents

Standard documents like birth certificates, diplomas or driver’s licenses at a fixed price per document, paid online. Clients know the cost before they write.

  • Quotes for larger jobs

Clients send the language pair, subject, approximate word count, file format and deadline. Requests land in your Inbox for you to quote.

  • Interpreting requests

For interpreters, a request with the date, place, languages and kind of assignment, whether a court hearing, a medical visit or a conference.

Professional services

Built for how translators actually work.

What you offer without a price, and quote requests with the quantities and details you need.

  • An Inbox for every quote

Each quote request arrives by email and in your Inbox with the language pair and deadline filled in. Ask the assistant which requests are due this week.

  • Invoices for agencies and companies

Business clients paying for a fixed-price translation get an invoice for the order and can add their tax ID at checkout.

  • Your website in your clients’ language

Cornerrr writes the website in the language you describe your business in. Each website has one language today, so choose the one your clients search in.

Advice

What makes a great translator website

Whatever you build it with, these are the things that turn visitors into customers.

  1. Explain what “certified” means where you work

In the US a certified translation usually comes with a signed statement of accuracy, which is what USCIS asks for. In Spain or Germany, official documents may need a sworn translator. Say exactly what your translations are accepted for.

  2. Write language pairs with a direction

“Spanish to English” says more than “Spanish and English”. Many professionals translate only into their native language, and clients who know the industry look for it.

  3. Show qualifications and memberships

ATA certification, ITI or CIOL membership, sworn status or a translation degree: name each one with the language pair it applies to.

  4. Be clear about confidentiality

Clients send personal and legal documents. Say how you store files and when you delete them, and receive documents through a secure method rather than a website form.

  5. Price by what clients can count

Per word, per page or per document, plus a minimum fee and a rush rate. Clients compare quotes on exactly these, so make yours easy to read.

How it works

From a few words to a translator website, live.

  1. Step 1: Describe your business

A sentence or two is enough: what you do, who it’s for and how people buy from you.

  2. Step 2: We build it while you watch

Cornerrr writes your pages, adds your products or services, and picks the colours, fonts and look. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Connect payments

Link a Stripe account, or create one in a few minutes. Your customers pay you directly.

  4. Step 4: You’re live

Publish on your free Cornerrr web address, or use your own. Change anything later by asking.

Questions

Good to know

Can clients order a certified translation on my website?

Yes. Standard documents can be products at a fixed price, paid online through your Stripe account. When the order arrives, you reply with how to send the document securely.

Can my translator website be in two languages?

Each Cornerrr website is in one language today. Write it in the language most of your clients search in, and say clearly on the home page which languages you work in.

How do clients send documents for a quote?

Your request form collects the language pair, subject, word count and deadline. When the request lands in your Inbox, reply with how to send the files securely.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You describe your business in your own words and Cornerrr builds the website. Afterwards you change things by clicking, or by asking the assistant in plain words.

How much does it cost?

Building and previewing your website is free, with no card needed. To go live and take payments, choose a plan from $19 a month. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is needed to start it.
