What you get

Your tea shop website, ready in about a minute.

Cornerrr writes every page from your description, then you change anything by clicking or by asking.

Pages it starts with

  • Home
  • Shop tea
  • Teaware
  • Tea club
  • Brewing guide
  • Tea room
  • Loose leaf tea by weight

Each tea as one product with weights as options, each with its own price and stock, plus its origin, tasting notes and how to brew it.

  • Samplers and gift sets

Taster sets of four or six teas for people who don’t know where to start, and gift sets for birthdays and the holidays.

  • A monthly tea club

A new tea or two every month, billed by Stripe on the Growth plan. Members can see it when they sign in to their account.

  • Afternoon tea requests

Groups ask for afternoon tea with the date and number of guests through a request form, and you confirm by email.

Food and drink

Built for how tea shops actually work.

Products with photos, options, prices and stock, a cart and a Stripe checkout.

  • Brewing details on every tea

Water temperature, steeping time and how much leaf per cup on each product. Ask the assistant to add a brewing line to every tea at once.

  • Teaware with options

Teapots, cups and infusers with colors and sizes as options and their own stock, shipped with your fixed rates.

  • A blog for tea guides

On the Growth plan, publish guides on oolong, matcha or brewing basics. People learning about tea read them, and search engines get more of your words to read.

  • Sales tax and VAT at checkout

Once Stripe Tax is active on your Stripe account, it calculates the tax for each order at checkout, and business buyers like cafés can enter a tax ID.

Advice

What makes a great tea shop website

Whatever you build it with, these are the things that turn visitors into customers.

  1. Help beginners choose

Group teas by taste (smoky, floral, malty, grassy) and by caffeine, not only by type. Most visitors don’t know a sencha from an oolong, but they know what they like to drink.

  2. Show the leaf and the cup

Photograph the dry leaf, the brewed color in a white cup and the packaging. Leaf shape and color tell tea drinkers a lot about quality.

  3. Be careful with herbal tea claims

Say what’s in a blend and how it tastes. Claims about sleep, digestion or immunity are regulated health claims in many countries, so check your local rules before you make any.

  4. Offer a sampler as the first step

A taster set is easier to buy than a large bag of an unfamiliar tea, and it shows you which teas to recommend next.

  5. Say how fresh it is and how it’s packed

Note the harvest season where you know it, how teas are stored and how the packaging keeps them fresh. Serious tea buyers ask before they order.

How it works

From a few words to a tea shop website, live.

  1. Step 1: Describe your business

A sentence or two is enough: what you do, who it’s for and how people buy from you.

  2. Step 2: We build it while you watch

Cornerrr writes your pages, adds your products or services, and picks the colours, fonts and look. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Connect payments

Link a Stripe account, or create one in a few minutes. Your customers pay you directly.

  4. Step 4: You’re live

Publish on your free Cornerrr web address, or use your own. Change anything later by asking.

Questions

Good to know

How do I sell loose leaf tea by weight online?

Make each tea one product with weights as options, like 50 g, 100 g and 250 g, each with its own price and stock. Checkout stops when a weight sells out.

Can I start a tea of the month club?

Yes, on the Growth plan. Each club level is a subscription that Stripe bills every month, and members see it in their account. You choose the teas and ship them with your usual rates.

Can guests book afternoon tea online?

They can send a request with the date and group size, and it lands in your Inbox and your email. You confirm by email, so a busy weekend stays in your hands.

What should a tea shop website include?

Clear categories by type and taste, brewing guides, a sampler for beginners, your shipping rates and where your teas come from. Cornerrr builds the first version from a short description, and you edit the rest.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You describe your business in your own words and Cornerrr builds the website. Afterwards you change things by clicking, or by asking the assistant in plain words.

How much does it cost?

Building and previewing your website is free, with no card needed. To go live and take payments, choose a plan from $19 a month. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is needed to start it.
