What you get

Your bookkeeper website, ready in about a minute.

Cornerrr writes every page from your description, then you change anything by clicking or by asking.

Pages it starts with

  • Home
  • Monthly plans
  • Catch-up bookkeeping
  • How it works
  • About
  • Contact
  • Monthly plans by volume

Tiers set by the number of transactions or accounts, each with what’s included: reconciliations, monthly reports and a review call. Stripe bills them every month on the Growth plan.

  • Catch-up and cleanup on quote

Months of unreconciled accounts are “price on request”. Clients say how many months and accounts are behind, and you quote from your Inbox.

  • One-off setups at a fixed price

Setting up a chart of accounts or moving a client to new software, sold as fixed-price products and paid online before you start.

  • Requests for a first call

New clients send their business type, their software and their monthly volume, and you reply by email to set up a call.

Professional services

Built for how bookkeepers actually work.

Plans billed every week or month by Stripe, with one-off products and extras alongside.

  • Subscriptions billed by Stripe

Clients subscribe to a plan and Stripe bills them every month. They see the plan in their account, and changes go through you.

  • Direct debit for monthly clients

Monthly clients can pay by card or, where Stripe supports it for your country, ACH Direct Debit in the US, Bacs Direct Debit in the UK or SEPA Direct Debit in Europe.

  • Answers about your clients

Ask the assistant which catch-up requests are still waiting or which customers have an active plan, and get the answer in plain words.

Advice

What makes a great bookkeeper website

Whatever you build it with, these are the things that turn visitors into customers.

  1. Price by something clients can count

Transactions per month, bank accounts or employees are easier to understand than hours, and they let clients pick their own tier without a call.

  2. Name the software you work in

QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreeAgent or Sage. Many business owners look for a bookkeeper by the software they already use, so put it in your page titles.

  3. Show the monthly rhythm

Receipts in by the 5th, books reconciled by the 15th, reports by month-end. A simple timeline on your website sets expectations before the first month starts.

  4. Say who supervises you

In the UK, bookkeepers need anti-money-laundering supervision from HMRC or a professional body such as the ICB or AAT, and clients may ask. In the US, mention certifications like QuickBooks ProAdvisor if you hold them.

  5. Never ask for bank logins in a form

Ask how many accounts a client has, not their passwords. Set up access through the bank’s or the software’s own sharing tools after they sign on.

How it works

From a few words to a bookkeeper website, live.

  1. Step 1: Describe your business

A sentence or two is enough: what you do, who it’s for and how people buy from you.

  2. Step 2: We build it while you watch

Cornerrr writes your pages, adds your products or services, and picks the colours, fonts and look. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Connect payments

Link a Stripe account, or create one in a few minutes. Your customers pay you directly.

  4. Step 4: You’re live

Publish on your free Cornerrr web address, or use your own. Change anything later by asking.

Questions

Good to know

Can clients pay for monthly bookkeeping on my website?

Yes, on the Growth plan. Each plan is a subscription Stripe bills every month, by card or direct debit where Stripe supports it, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.

Can a client change their bookkeeping plan themselves?

Not yet. Clients can see their subscription in their account, but moving to another tier or stopping goes through you.

How should I quote catch-up bookkeeping?

Most bookkeepers quote after learning how many months are behind, how many accounts there are and roughly how many transactions. Ask for exactly those three on your request form, and your quote can come in one reply.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You describe your business in your own words and Cornerrr builds the website. Afterwards you change things by clicking, or by asking the assistant in plain words.

How much does it cost?

Building and previewing your website is free, with no card needed. To go live and take payments, choose a plan from $19 a month. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is needed to start it.
