Website builder for therapists and counselors

A therapist website that makes the first message easier to send

Reaching out to a therapist is hard. Describe your practice and Cornerrr builds a calm website: who you work with, how you work, fees and insurance, and a short consultation request that lands in your Inbox and asks for nothing more than it needs.

Free to build and preview. No card needed.

What you get

Your therapist website, ready in about a minute.

Cornerrr writes every page from your description, then you change anything by clicking or by asking.

Pages it starts with

  • Home
  • About me
  • How I work
  • Fees and insurance
  • Request a consultation
  • FAQ
  • Contact
  • A free consultation request

A short form for a name, email, phone number, whether it’s okay to leave a voicemail and an optional short note. It lands in your Inbox and by email, and you reply to arrange a call.

  • Who you work with and how

Pages for the people you see (adults, couples, teens), the concerns you work with and your approach, in plain words rather than a list of acronyms.

  • Session packages or a monthly plan

If you offer them, a set of sessions can be a product, and on the Growth plan a monthly plan for regular sessions can be a Stripe subscription. Many therapists simply list their fee and bill as usual; both work.

  • Groups and workshops

A therapy group or a workshop can be a page with a request form, or a product with a set number of places, so sign-ups stop when it’s full.

Care and health

Built for how therapists and counselors actually work.

Your services with prices, or “price on request” so clients ask first, and every request in your Inbox.

  • A form that asks for less

Keep the request form to contact details and an optional note. Requests arrive in your Inbox and by email, so nothing sits on a shared voicemail.

  • Words that sound human

Cornerrr writes calm, warm pages from your description. Ask the assistant to cut jargon, explain your approach in two sentences, or write your About page in the first person.

  • Fees on a page you control

Put your fee, sliding scale and insurance details on their own page and change them by clicking whenever anything changes.

  • Your own web address

Move from a free cornerrr.com address to your own domain on any paid plan, with HTTPS set up for you. A professional address matters when clients search your name.

Advice

What makes a great therapist website

Whatever you build it with, these are the things that turn visitors into customers.

  1. Put crisis information on your contact page

Say that messages aren’t monitored around the clock and what to do in an emergency: in the US, call or text 988; in the UK, call 999 or Samaritans on 116 123; elsewhere in Europe, call 112.

  2. Ask for as little as possible

Website forms aren’t the place for symptoms or history. Ask for a name, contact details, whether a voicemail is okay and an optional short note, and talk about everything else on the consultation call.

  3. Be clear about fees and insurance

Say your fee, whether you have a sliding scale, and which insurance you take or whether you’re out of network and can give a superbill. In the US, self-pay clients have a right to a Good Faith Estimate, and the rules ask you to mention it on your website.

  4. Say where you’re licensed

You can usually only see clients where you’re licensed, by video too. Name your license type and the states or countries you practice in, so people outside them don’t wait for a reply you can’t give.

  5. Mind your ethics code on endorsements

Many counseling and psychology ethics codes say not to ask current clients for public endorsements. Let your training, your approach and a warm About page do that work.

  6. Write the About page in your own voice

People choose a therapist they feel they could talk to. A natural photo and a few sentences about why you do this work matter more than a long list of trainings.

How it works

From a few words to a therapist website, live.

  1. Step 1: Describe your business

A sentence or two is enough: what you do, who it’s for and how people buy from you.

  2. Step 2: We build it while you watch

Cornerrr writes your pages, adds your products or services, and picks the colours, fonts and look. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Connect payments

Link a Stripe account, or create one in a few minutes. Your customers pay you directly.

  4. Step 4: You’re live

Publish on your free Cornerrr web address, or use your own. Change anything later by asking.

Payments

Questions

Good to know

What should a therapist website include?

Who you work with, your approach, fees and insurance, where you’re licensed, how to request a consultation and what to do in a crisis. Cornerrr builds a first version from a short description, and you edit every word.

Is a website contact form safe for therapy clients?

Use it only for contact details and an optional short note, and say so on the form. Cornerrr isn’t a health records system, so keep clinical information in your practice’s own records.

Can clients pay for therapy sessions on my website?

Yes. A session or package can be a product paid through your own Stripe account, and on the Growth plan a monthly plan can be a subscription. Check your licensing board’s guidance on prepayment and refunds.

Should I link my directory profile to my website?

Yes. Put your website link on your directory profiles and your Google Business Profile, and use the same name, credentials and location everywhere, so people know it’s you.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You describe your business in your own words and Cornerrr builds the website. Afterwards you change things by clicking, or by asking the assistant in plain words.

How much does it cost?

Building and previewing your website is free, with no card needed. To go live and take payments, choose a plan from $19 a month. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is needed to start it.
