A physical therapy website that answers “do I need a referral?”

Describe your clinic and Cornerrr builds pages for the patients who find you and the doctors who send them: specialties, what a first visit involves, insurance, a page for referring offices and a request form that lands in your Inbox.

What you get

Your physical therapy clinic website, ready in about a minute.

Cornerrr writes every page from your description, then you change anything by clicking or by asking.

Pages it starts with

  • Home
  • What we help with
  • Your first visit
  • Insurance
  • For physicians
  • Our team
  • Contact
  • Specialties with their own pages

Sports injuries, recovery after joint replacement, balance and falls, pelvic health or dizziness, each on its own page with who it’s for and how sessions run. Patients search for their problem, not your clinic’s name.

  • Patient appointment requests

A short form for contact details, the location they prefer and a short note. Requests land in your Inbox and by email, and your front desk calls back to set the first visit.

  • A page for referring offices

Tell physicians and surgeons how to refer: your phone and fax, what to send and how you report back. Their office can send a request through the website, while patient records go through your usual secure channel.

  • Self-pay sessions and packages

Cash-pay visits, running assessments or a package of post-rehab training sessions can be products with a price, paid at checkout through your own Stripe account.

Care and health

Built for how physical therapists actually work.

Your services with prices, or “price on request” so clients ask first, and every request in your Inbox.

  • Two request forms, one Inbox

Patients and referring offices each get their own form. Every request lands in your Inbox and by email, instead of waiting in a voicemail queue.

  • A page for each clinic

If you have more than one location, give each its own page with address, hours, therapists and parking, and its own title for local searches.

  • Plain words, no promises

Cornerrr writes clear pages about what physical therapy involves. Ask the assistant to explain a first visit to someone who has never had PT, or to remove anything that reads like a promised outcome.

  • Change it by clicking

Update a therapist’s bio, a newly accepted insurance plan or holiday hours by clicking on the words, or ask the assistant to make the change for you.

Advice

What makes a great physical therapy clinic website

Whatever you build it with, these are the things that turn visitors into customers.

  1. Explain direct access for your state

Every US state allows patients to see a physical therapist without a referral in some form, but the limits vary, and some insurance plans still require one. Say what applies at your clinic and suggest patients check their plan.

  2. Tell people what to wear and bring

Comfortable clothes, shorts for knee and hip problems, their insurance card and a list of medications to go through at the visit. Small details like these make a first visit less stressful.

  3. Write for the surgeon’s office, too

Referral coordinators want a phone number, a fax number, your specialties and a sense of how quickly you see new patients. Put all of it on one short page.

  4. In the UK, use protected titles carefully

“Physiotherapist” and “physical therapist” are protected titles in the UK, for people registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Show your HCPC registration on your website.

  5. Show the gym floor

Photos of your treatment area, equipment and therapists at work help people picture their sessions. Ask patients for written consent before they appear.

How it works

From a few words to a physical therapy clinic website, live.

  1. Step 1: Describe your business

A sentence or two is enough: what you do, who it’s for and how people buy from you.

  2. Step 2: We build it while you watch

Cornerrr writes your pages, adds your products or services, and picks the colours, fonts and look. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Connect payments

Link a Stripe account, or create one in a few minutes. Your customers pay you directly.

  4. Step 4: You’re live

Publish on your free Cornerrr web address, or use your own. Change anything later by asking.

Questions

Good to know

What should a physical therapy website include?

Your specialties, what a first visit involves, the insurance you take, how referrals work, your locations and hours, and an easy way to ask for an appointment. Cornerrr builds a first version from your description in about a minute.

Can doctors send referrals through my website?

Offices can send a referral request with their contact details, and it lands in your Inbox and by email so you can follow up. Ask them to send patient records through your usual secure channel, not the website form.

Can I sell physical therapy packages online?

Yes. Self-pay sessions or packages can be products paid at checkout through your own Stripe account, and on the Growth plan a monthly maintenance plan can be a subscription.

Should I say “physical therapy” or “physiotherapy” on my website?

Use the words your patients search for: physical therapy in the US, physiotherapy in the UK and much of Europe. If you see patients who use both, mention both naturally on your home and About pages.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You describe your business in your own words and Cornerrr builds the website. Afterwards you change things by clicking, or by asking the assistant in plain words.

How much does it cost?

Building and previewing your website is free, with no card needed. To go live and take payments, choose a plan from $19 a month. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is needed to start it.
