Website builder for tanning salons

A tanning salon website that answers the questions first

Tanning clients want to know three things: what you offer, what a month costs and what the rules are. Cornerrr builds a tanning salon website that lays out your beds and spray tans, sells monthly plans and lotions, and puts your age and skin type rules in plain sight.

What you get

Your tanning salon website, ready in about a minute.

Cornerrr writes every page from your description, then you change anything by clicking or by asking.

Pages it starts with

  • Home
  • Beds and spray tans
  • Tanning plans
  • Lotions
  • Rules
  • Contact
  • Monthly tanning plans

Unlimited tanning or a set number of sessions a month, billed automatically by Stripe on the Growth plan, with an optional free trial. Members see their plan in their account.

  • Spray tan requests

Spray tans and airbrush tans listed with how to prepare. Clients send a request with the days they’d like, and you confirm a time by email.

  • Single sessions and packs

Single sessions and packs of sessions as products with a price, paid online through Stripe, so clients can pay before they come in and you check them off at the desk.

  • Lotions and aftercare

Accelerators, bronzers and tan extenders as products with sizes and stock, for clients to order between visits and have shipped.

Beauty and wellbeing

Built for how tanning salons actually work.

Your services with prices, or “price on request” so clients ask first, and every request in your Inbox.

  • Plans on the interval you choose

On the Growth plan, tanning plans can renew every month, every four weeks or any interval you set. Members see their subscription when they sign in; to switch plans they ask you.

  • A rules page you control

Add a page for age limits, skin types, how often clients may tan, eye protection and how to prepare for a spray tan, and link it from every plan.

  • Lotions with stock tracking

Each lotion has its sizes, stock and photos. Checkout stops when one sells out, or you can keep a popular one on sale with the “sell when out of stock” switch.

  • Codes for new clients

On any paid plan, make a discount code for a new client’s first lotion order or for free shipping, with an end date and one use per customer.

Advice

What makes a great tanning salon website

Whatever you build it with, these are the things that turn visitors into customers.

  1. Put your age rule on the home page

Many places ban sunbed use under 18, including England, Scotland, Wales and a number of US states. Say your rule and that you check ID; it saves awkward conversations at the desk.

  2. Make no health claims

Don’t say tanning is safe, healthy or a good way to get vitamin D. Regulators, including the FTC in the US, have acted against claims like these. Stick to the equipment, the lotions and how sessions work.

  3. Explain skin types and first sessions

New clients should know you’ll ask about their skin type and start them on short sessions. A paragraph about it shows you take care, and it sets expectations before the first visit.

  4. Prepare clients for spray tans

Exfoliate the day before, no moisturizer or deodorant on the day, loose dark clothes, and when to shower afterwards. Put this on the spray tan page and in your reply to every request.

  5. Show the beds and the rooms

Photos of clean, private rooms and the beds themselves help clients compare salons. Name the bed types, stand-up or lay-down, and say how rooms are cleaned between sessions.

How it works

From a few words to a tanning salon website, live.

  1. Step 1: Describe your business

A sentence or two is enough: what you do, who it’s for and how people buy from you.

  2. Step 2: We build it while you watch

Cornerrr writes your pages, adds your products or services, and picks the colours, fonts and look. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Connect payments

Link a Stripe account, or create one in a few minutes. Your customers pay you directly.

  4. Step 4: You’re live

Publish on your free Cornerrr web address, or use your own. Change anything later by asking.

Questions

Good to know

Can I sell tanning memberships on my website?

Yes, on the Growth plan. Each plan is a subscription that Stripe bills automatically, every month or every few weeks, and members see it in their account. Members can’t pause or switch plans themselves yet, so they contact you.

Can clients book spray tans online?

Clients send a spray tan request with the days that suit them; it lands in your Inbox and by email, and you confirm a time by reply. Nothing is booked automatically, so you can fit tans around walk-in bed sessions.

Can I sell tanning lotions online?

Yes. Add lotions with photos, sizes and stock, set fixed shipping rates, and customers pay through your own Stripe account. Stripe Tax can add sales tax or VAT at checkout on any paid plan.

What should a tanning salon website say about safety?

State your age rule, explain skin types and session lengths, and mention eye protection. Leave out health benefits, and check your local rules for any warnings or notices you must show clients.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You describe your business in your own words and Cornerrr builds the website. Afterwards you change things by clicking, or by asking the assistant in plain words.

How much does it cost?

Building and previewing your website is free, with no card needed. To go live and take payments, choose a plan from $19 a month. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is needed to start it.
