Kiln, a pottery studio website template for pots and classes

Kiln is a pottery studio website template for a potter who sells and teaches: hand-thrown mugs, bowls and plates with glaze options, and a Classes page where beginners ask for a place at a weekend wheel class. Start with it under your studio’s name.

About this theme

Kiln Earthy and artful for potters and craft studios.

Kiln suits potters, ceramic studios and craft workshops that sell finished pieces and teach. Terracotta, oatmeal and clay tones with a drawn jar and uppercase buttons feel warm, handmade and unhurried. The work and the classes help each other here: the shop shows six pieces with glaze choices, the story says no two are alike, and the About page ends with “Come and try it”, sending curious buyers to the class page.

How it works

From a few words to your own Kiln website, live.

  1. Step 1: Describe your business

A sentence or two is enough: what you do, who it’s for and how people buy from you.

  2. Step 2: We build it while you watch

Cornerrr writes your pages, adds your products or services, and picks the colours, fonts and look. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Connect payments

Link a Stripe account, or create one in a few minutes. Your customers pay you directly.

  4. Step 4: You’re live

Publish on your free Cornerrr web address, or use your own. Change anything later by asking.

Questions

Good to know

Can people pay for a pottery class on Kiln?

In the sample they send a request and you reply with dates. To take payment instead, list each class date as a product with its places as stock, and checkout stops when the class is full.

How do I sell one-of-a-kind pieces with Kiln?

Set a piece’s stock to one and it shows as sold out once it’s bought, or turn on “sell when out of stock” for shapes you’re happy to throw again. Say in the description that glazes vary from piece to piece.

Can I change Kiln’s colors to match my glazes?

Yes. Ask the assistant for a palette like “speckled white and cobalt”, or change the colors yourself; the layout and products stay as they are.
