Website builder for lawn care businesses

A lawn care website that turns one-off mows into a route

Tell Cornerrr which streets you mow and what you offer, and it builds a lawn care website where neighbors sign up for a weekly or every-other-week plan, add aeration or overseeding, and ask for a quote on bigger properties.

What you get

Your lawn care business website, ready in about a minute.

Cornerrr writes every page from your description, then you change anything by clicking or by asking.

Pages it starts with

  • Home
  • Mowing plans
  • Treatments
  • Aeration & seeding
  • Where we mow
  • FAQ
  • Contact
  • Mowing plans by lawn size

Make a plan for each lawn size, and on the Growth plan Stripe bills subscribers weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Say how many visits a season covers and what each visit includes.

  • Treatment programs

A season of fertilizer and weed control visits can be one plan billed monthly, or each round can be a fixed-price service for people who only want spring and fall.

  • Fall aeration and overseeding

Sell aeration as a fixed-price service with stock set to the number of yards your machine can get through before the ground gets too hard or cold, and checkout stops when you’re full.

  • Bigger properties on request

Acreage, HOA common areas and commercial lots are “price on request”, with a form asking for the address and lot size so you can measure it on a map before replying.

Home and local services

Built for how lawn care businesses actually work.

Plans billed every week or month by Stripe, with one-off products and extras alongside.

  • Billing that keeps up with the season

Subscribers are billed by Stripe on their schedule by card, wallet or direct debit where supported, and see their plan in their account. That means fewer payments to chase after each mow.

  • A page for each treatment

Each treatment gets its own page for what’s applied, when, and what to do after, such as keeping pets off until it’s dry. Ask the assistant to write them from your notes.

  • Sign-ups for next spring

In winter, put a newsletter sign-up form on the home page for people who want to hear when spring plans open. Sign-ups are confirmed by email and you can export the list.

  • Codes for the houses next door

On any paid plan, give your customers’ neighbors a code that works once each and only until the end of spring. Every yard on the same street saves you drive time.

Advice

What makes a great lawn care business website

Whatever you build it with, these are the things that turn visitors into customers.

  1. Say what a visit includes

Mow, edge, trim and blow clippings off the paths, or just mow? Spell it out for each plan, and say what happens on a rain day, so nobody feels shortchanged.

  2. Explain the season and the off months

Say when your mowing season usually starts and ends, how many visits a plan covers and how you bill over winter. People sign up more readily when they know they won’t pay for months of snow.

  3. Be careful with weed-control promises

Results depend on weather and the lawn itself. Describe what you apply and how often rather than promising a weed-free yard, and check your state’s rules on advertising pesticide services.

  4. Say what you do in a drought

Mowing short or every week in a dry spell stresses a lawn. Say whether you raise the mower or skip visits in a drought, and how that changes what customers pay.

  5. Put your web address on a yard sign

A small sign in a freshly mowed lawn, with a short web address rather than only a phone number, keeps working for days. Check HOA and city rules on yard signs first.

How it works

From a few words to a lawn care business website, live.

  1. Step 1: Describe your business

A sentence or two is enough: what you do, who it’s for and how people buy from you.

  2. Step 2: We build it while you watch

Cornerrr writes your pages, adds your products or services, and picks the colours, fonts and look. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Connect payments

Link a Stripe account, or create one in a few minutes. Your customers pay you directly.

  4. Step 4: You’re live

Publish on your free Cornerrr web address, or use your own. Change anything later by asking.

Questions

Good to know

Can customers sign up for weekly mowing on my website?

Yes, on the Growth plan. A mowing plan is a subscription that Stripe bills every week, every two weeks or every month, and the customer sees it in their account. They can’t pause or change it themselves yet, so say how to reach you.

How should I price lawn mowing plans?

Most lawn care businesses price by lawn size and frequency, with more for steep or overgrown yards. Show plans for the typical lot sizes in your area and quote the rest by request.

Do I need a license to spray fertilizer or weed killer?

In the US, applying pesticides for customers, including most weed killers, usually needs a state applicator license, and some states license fertilizer application too. Check with your state’s department of agriculture before you offer treatments.

What can a lawn care business sell in the winter?

Many owners add leaf cleanup, gutter clearing or snow removal, or simply collect sign-ups for spring. A newsletter form on your website lets interested neighbors leave their email in the off-season.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You describe your business in your own words and Cornerrr builds the website. Afterwards you change things by clicking, or by asking the assistant in plain words.

How much does it cost?

Building and previewing your website is free, with no card needed. To go live and take payments, choose a plan from $19 a month. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is needed to start it.
